Since mum has been residing at Solent Cliffs back in Oct 2019, I have nothing but praise for all the team. (Managers, nurses, carers and staff). All are an extremely friendly hardworking team and have gone above and beyond to ensure that Mum is safe and cared for with compassion and empathy. The care that my mum has received, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and in extremely difficult circumstances, I cannot thank the staff enough. I am communicated with frequently and any issues regarding Mum are made aware of and are both confident and reassured with the staff’s decision making. I would, therefore, recommend Solent Cliffs to anyone who was thinking of a safe, friendly, happy, communicative environment for their loved ones.
Overlooking the Solent, whether in the fog of early morning or in the blaring sun, the view across our gardens to the strait beyond is stunningly beautiful all year round. The same can also be said of the village, Hill Head, the centre of which is mere minutes from the front door. Leaning into the coastal aesthetic, Solent Cliffs is built in a plaster and timber style, albeit with a modern, bright interior.
