How Do I Apply For A Position With Brookvale Healthcare?

Should I Send My CV In As Well?

We welcome potential applicants to send in their CV as well as our completed Application Form. However, please be aware applications that are submitted by CV only will not be processed until all information as required on our Application Form has been received.

Who Should I Send My Completed Application Form To?

Please send your completed Application Form, together with a covering letter to the Care Home(s) you wish to apply to. You will find the relevant contact details on the Contact Us page. Please note that applications for all managerial positions should be sent directly to Head Office.

Would I Be Subject To Any Pre-Employment Checks?

As the majority of our employees work with individuals classified as potentially vulnerable, Brookvale Healthcare has an obligation to ensure that anyone we invite to join our team is also of the highest integrity. 

Our pre-employment checks include requesting information (with your consent) from the Criminal Records Bureau, the Protection of Vulnerable Adults list, and from your referees. Any offer made is subject to satisfactory responses received from these sources.

What Is The Selection Process?

Assuming your skills and experience are identified as matching a need we are looking to fill, the selection process will usually involve a single stage, one-to-one interview with the Care Manager in the Home that you are most interested in seeking a position.
